Robert Ritschel

Robert Ritschel is a 30 plus year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He has been with The Saywitz Company since 1998 when he began as a Research Associate. He has excelled through the ranks over the years from a Marketing Associate, Real Estate Consultant, Vice President and has been recently named as Executive Vice President of the Brokerage Division. Mr. Ritschel has been involved in business development, research and the technical aspects of negotiating various real estate transactions for office, industrial, retail and medical requirements throughout the country.

Robert has been involved in a variety of transactions of all sizes and has negotiated more than $1 Billion in Real Estate transactions. His client list includes a variety of small, middle and large companies as well as national corporations, entrepreneurial businesses and publicly traded companies. His geographic scope in Southern California includes Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Mr. Ritschel has negotiated transactions in more than twenty-five states as well as Canada and Mexico throughout his career.

Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Real Estate from National University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. Robert Ritschel currently resides in Westminster, California with his two sons and his interests include outdoor activities, fishing, travel, good wine and spending time with family. Mr. Ritschel is involved in a variety of charitable organizations including those that benefit the health industry such as The American Heart Association as well as educational community related charities.
